Ho dovuto attendere per più di mezz'ora, a tal punto che sono dovuta andare via perché successivamente avevo altri impegni. Così decido di rinviare l'appuntamento due giorni dopo. Non avevano segnato il mio appuntamento sull'agenda, per cui il mio posto era occupato. Inutile dire che non ci ho più messo piede.
Bad experience! The first time I went there I had an appointment around 10:00. I had to wait for more than half an hour, to the point that I had to leave because I had other commitments afterwards. So I decide to postpone the appointment two days later. They hadn't marked my appointment on the agenda, so my seat was filled. Needless to say, I never set foot there.
