Le ragazze sono state tutte super gentili, simpatiche e competenti ed oltre ad aver fatto davvero un buon lavoro, c'è da aggiungere un punto in più perché nel prezzo è compresa anche la rimozione dello smalto (per niente scontato viste le mie precedenti brutte esperienze).
I went to this beauty center for a manicure and pedicure and semi-permanent nail polish for my wedding. The girls were all super nice, nice and competent and in addition to having done a really good job, there is an extra point to add because the price also includes the removal of the nail polish (not at all obvious given my previous bad experiences ).

Ho chiamato per sbaglio questo centro estetico dicendo che avevo comprato un pacchetto per delle presso terapie su Groupon e una cafona mi ha URLATO al telefono che lei non si sputtana cosi e mi ha buttato giu il telefono in faccia.
ma ora io dico, come si fa a non essere in grado di rispondere " mi dispiace mi sa che ha sbagliato "

I accidentally called this beauty center saying I bought a package for some therapy on Groupon and a boor yelled at me on the phone that she doesn't give a shit like that and threw the phone in my face.
but now I say, how can you not be able to answer "I'm sorry I know you made a mistake"
what a shame....
