Attenta alle esigenze e soprattutto ai problemi del cliente. Indaga e suggerisce soluzioni. Il suo scopo è rendere il momento della cera il meno doloroso possibile e quasi piacevole, come momento di cura di se stesse e non una traumatica tortura. E' apprezzabile la sensibilità e la comunicazione. Io ho la pelle estremamente sensibile, e con lei ho avuto meno irritazioni che mai. Chiede se fa male, ti chiede di tirare la pelle e così via. Merita, davvero. Spero di esservi stata di aiuto, donne irsute come me
