★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovevo fare un massaggio prenotato qualche giorno prima ma il giorno dell’appuntamento è successo un inconveniente grave al lavoro e non sono potuto andare in studio. Ho provato a spiegare al telefono la problematica ma sono stato liquidato con la frase è come se l’avessi fatto. Si sono trattenuti 50 euro senza fare alcun trattamento. Io credo che il personale venga pagato a giornata e non a cliente e purtroppo gli imprevisti possono accedere ma non è corretto intascarsi i miei soldi così.
I had to have a massage booked a few days before but on the day of the appointment a serious inconvenience occurred at work and I was unable to go to the studio. I tried to explain the problem over the phone but I was liquidated with the sentence it is as if I had done it. They withheld 50 euros without any treatment. I believe that the staff is paid by the day and not by the customer and unfortunately the unexpected can happen but it is not correct to pocket my money like this.
