Avevo un buono, che non ho potuto spendere entro i 2 mesi di validità a causa del lockdown. Ho telefonato per chiedere se era ancora possibile usarlo, e mi è stato risposto affermativamente, quindi ho fissato l' appuntamento . Mi sono presentata all'appuntamento e non me l'hanno validato. Vergogna, non si prendono in giro le persone in questa maniera!
I was treated very badly!
I had a voucher, which I could not redeem within 2 months of validity due to the lockdown. I phoned to ask if it was still possible to use it, and was answered in the affirmative, so I made an appointment. I showed up for the appointment and they didn't validate it for me. Shame, they don't make fun of people like that!
