I've only been there once to accompany a friend of mine but they didn't make a good impression on me. Staff almost non-existent and very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza: ho accompagnato il mio ragazzo a farsi le sopracciglia, abbiamo avuto la sfortuna che gliel'ha fatte la proprietaria. Maleducata, invadente, professionalità ZERO TOTALE. La signora invece di svolgere il suo lavoro è troppo occupata ad elencare i difetti degli altri in modo decisamente oppressivo
( pensando che questo sia il giusto modo di vendere i suoi prodotti).Inoltre si definisce "Esteta" quando Lei è la prima a non curarsi(quindi immaginate che coerenza ha questa donna ,ma comunque non è questo il punto . Il colmo è che ha il coraggio di dire che ha 20 anni di esperienza , io neanche il mio peggior cliente lo tratterei come Lei ci ha trattato a noi. Una donna che Non ha la Minima IDEA di cosa significa ACCOGLIENZA , Calore e Cura del Cliente, ma ha totalmente le idee chiare su cio che riguarda arroganza, far sentire a disagio le persone, gudicare senza che nessuno gli ha chiesto nulla HA SBAGLIATO TOTALMENTE LAVORO.
Bad experience: I accompanied my boyfriend to get his eyebrows, we had the misfortune that the owner made it for him. Rude, intrusive, ZERO TOTAL professionalism. The lady instead of doing her job is too busy listing the faults of others in a decidedly oppressive way
(thinking that this is the right way to sell her products). She also defines herself "Esthete" when she is the first to not care (so imagine how consistent this woman has, but that's not the point anyway. she has the courage to say that she has 20 years of experience, even my worst client would not treat him as she treated us to us. A woman who does not have the slightest idea of what it means to welcome, warmth and customer care, but has totally clear ideas about what concerns arrogance, making people feel uncomfortable, enjoying without anyone asking him anything HAS TOTALLY WRONG WORK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno regalato un pacchetto preso su groupon, ma non fa per me: è malandato dentro come lo è fuori, il macchinario della pressoterapia è vecchio e poco efficente, il servizio più che farmi sentire coccolata, assomigliava ad un "fai da te", il pacchetto in offerta è la scusa per attirare e poi vendere altro (compreso il pantalone igienico, usa e getta, per 10€, o prodotti fitoterapici di supporto alla pressoterapia). Se siete disposti ad accontentarvi, e molto, per risparmiare, magari fa per voi. Io non lo consiglio.
They gave me a package taken on groupon, but it is not for me: it is run down inside as it is outside, the pressotherapy machinery is old and inefficient, the service more than making me feel pampered, it looked like a "do it yourself", the package on offer is the excuse to attract and then sell more (including hygienic trousers, disposable, for € 10, or phytotherapeutic products to support pressotherapy). If you are willing to settle, and a lot, to save, maybe it's for you. I don't recommend it.
