Nonostante le mie mille paure Sonia, la titolare, è riuscita a rassicurarmi e a trovare il trattamento più adatto a me e all mio stile di vita. Mi ha ascoltata, mi ha capita e poi rassicurata. Non è da tutti anzi forse è un caso più unico che raro. Grazie a lei e al suo laser sto combattimento un problema che mi attanagliava da tempo. La Fenice aesthetics a really welcoming place made up of wonderful smiling people. Sonia è molto professionale e competente, super attenta ai bisogni del cliente e gentile. Ho avuto modo di provare la ceretta e il laser e ne sono rimasta veramente contenta, lei è bravissima e ho visto risultati incredibili dopo una sola seduta. Non è una di quelle estetiste che cerca di venderti qualsiasi cosa: è attenta a proporti solo ciò di cui hai davvero bisogno. Mi piacerebbe fosse a Milano, ma ogni volta che capiterò a Firenze sicuramente tornerò da lei. Best beauty center I've ever been to (and I've tried many, both in Florence and in Milan). Sonia is very professional and competent, super attentive to customer needs and kind. I had the opportunity to try waxing and laser and I was really happy with it, she is very good and I have seen incredible results after just one session. She is not one of those beauticians who tries to sell you anything: she is careful to offer you only what you really need. I would like you to be in Milan, but every time I come to Florence I will definitely come back to her.
