Il giorno prima dell'appuntamento, prefissato già da settimane, chiamo per sicurezza e mi risponde una delle ragazze del centro che mi dice per due volte di presentarmi il giorno seguente alle 16.30 e non alle 16.00.
Peccato che quando il giorno dopo arrivo al centro estetico (verso le 16.20) mi viene detto che l'appuntamento era in realtà alle 16.00 e quindi mi dicono di andarmene, dato che ormai per il resto della giornata non c'era più posto e neanche il giorno seguente.
Capisco che l'errore è umano, la ragazza al telefono avrà sbagliato a leggere, ma diciamo che anche solo delle scuse avrebbero fatto piacere? visto che l'errore non era stato mio.
Si tratterà di un'eccezione, ma ho notato poca professionalità
Probably a valid beauty center, but not as regards the management of the appointments made. The day before the appointment, already fixed for weeks, I call for safety and one of the girls from the center answers me and tells me twice to introduce myself the following day at 16.30 and not at 16.00.
Too bad that when the day after I arrive at the beauty center (around 16.20) I am told that the appointment was actually at 16.00 and therefore they tell me to leave, since for the rest of the day there was no longer any place or even the next day.
I understand that the error is human, the girl on the phone will have made a mistake in reading, but let's say that even an apology would have pleased? since the error was not mine.
It will be an exception, but I noticed little professionalism
