Fornito di trucco economico, così come di alta profumeria: Guerlain, Dior, Lancome, Clinique...manca Chanel, Estee Lauder e Shiseido e Clarins (x citare i più diffusi), ma nel complesso é una profumeria dove acquisto volentieri, grazie anche alle varie promozioni che appaiono sull'app! Personale gentile, sei libero di girare per la profumeria senza essere assalito (come accade presso altri negozi) x la vendita. Forse dovrebbero dare più samples a fronte di spese sostanziose. Personale giovane , competente e mai invadente. Giorgia ci ha aiutato nella scelta del regalo . Torneremo sicuramente. Rientro con scontrino alla mano e mi sento dire. Noi non facciamo cambi poiché i prodotti arrivano non sigillati ed autorizzati alla vendita però non possiamo cambiare visto la presenza di malattie che possono compromettere il prodotto in quanto non sigillato. Ovviamente i miei prodotti non erano nemmeno stati aperti come si poteva ben vedere. Ma c’e Rispetto e coscienza di quando si parla di malattie? E tutti i prodotti esposti dove ognuno prova e tocca liberamente? ...ti vendi prodotti non sigillati ma li cambi solo se sigillati? però le commesse parlano di malattie ma non parlano che i prodotti Non si cambiano!! Ma la politica di non cambiare la merce anche a poche ore dall' acquisto è assurdo, se fai un regalo e magari non va bene,ho per caso ti sbagli a prendere una cosa sei fritto te lo devi tenere. Per questo motivo meglio non rischiare, personalmente cambierò profumeria.. The perfumery is nice and well stocked ... But the policy of not changing the goods even a few hours after the purchase is absurd, if you give a gift and maybe it doesn't go well, by chance you are wrong to take something you are fried you have to keep it. For this reason it is better not to risk, personally I will change perfumery ..
