Quando ho bisogno di un profumo o di fare un regalo mi recavo sempre in questo esercizio.. recavo.. parlo al passato perché dopo l’esperienza di oggi (07-09-21)non tornerò più e farò in modo che anche i miei parenti da oggi gli girino attorno. La crudezza della commessa Claudia, auto definitasi “strega” dopo che io l’abbia chiamata “cara Claudia” per concludere un discorso,mi ha davvero lasciato esterrefatto. Non dilago nello spiegare ma la maleducazione di questa impiegata ha fatto si di perdere sicuramente me come cliente ma farò in modo che anche chi conosco eviti questo esercizio. Lasciamo lavorare chi ha voglia e sopratutto educazione, queste persone non dovrebbero stare al pubblico! I am a customer of this shop, like my partner, my brother and my relatives. When I needed a perfume or a gift, I always went to this shop .. I went .. I speak in the past tense because after today's experience (07-09-21) I will never come back and I will make sure that my relatives from today turn around him. The crudeness of the saleswoman Claudia, self-defined "witch" after I called her "dear Claudia" to conclude a speech, really left me astonished. I do not go too far in explaining but the rudeness of this employee has meant that she will certainly lose me as a customer but I will make sure that even those I know avoid this exercise. Let those who want to work and above all education, these people should not be in the public!
