★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai visto un'azienda lavorare peggio di così, comprai una macchinetta S12 , sempre usata con cialde originali, la macchinetta ha un problema (ovviamente durante periodo di garanzia). NESSUNO sa dirmi dove mandare la macchinetta in un centro assistenza (anche chiamando in sede e parlando addirittura con il progettista (gentilissimo)). Dopo 17 telefonate e un mese di attesa, mi viene segnalato un centro assistenza autorizzato. Una volta consegnata la macchinetta mi viene detto che l'assistenza sarà a pagamento perché non sono un riparatore ufficiale che fa valere garanzia. La macchinetta verrà buttata nel bidone, acquisterò una Nespresso.
Never seen a company work any worse, I bought a S12 machine, always used with original waffle, the machine has a problem (of course during the warranty period). NO ONE can tell me where to send the machine in a service center (even calling in the office and even speaking with the designer (friendly)). After 17 phone calls and one month of waiting, an authorized service center is reported to me. Once delivered the machine is said that assistance will be paid because they are not an official repairer who claims the warranty. The machine will be thrown in the bin, I will buy a Nespresso.

Ho contattato la sede ufficiale inviando un'e-mail a cui non mi hanno mai risposto; ho sollecitato telefonicamente, mi hanno risposto che avrebbero solleciato l'assistenza...ma a distanza di un mese non mi hanno ancora risposto.
absolutely negative judgment. I bought the coffee machine from one of the dealers, it had problems right away. I contacted the official office by sending an e-mail to which they never answered me; I solicited by phone, they replied that they would request assistance ... but after a month they have not yet answered me.
