Oggi ho ricevuto una chiamata dal gentilissimo direttore, il quale custodiva con sé il mio portafoglio dimenticato nel bagno poco prima. Gli è stato consegnato da un operatore/ice che svolgeva la manutenzione. Il contenuto (soldi, documenti, ecc...) era assolutamente integro. Non ho avuto il piacere di incontrare chi si merita un GRAZIE DI CUORE, da parte mia. Non conosco il nome della persona che ha dimostrato tanta correttezza e bontà d'animo, ma di sicuro è un anima limpida. Vorrei che le arrivasse questo mio profondo ringraziamento unito ad una enorme stima.

What to say...
Today I received a call from the very kind manager, who kept my wallet forgotten in the bathroom just before. It was delivered to him by an operator / ice who carried out maintenance. The content (money, documents, etc ...) was absolutely intact. I have not had the pleasure of meeting those who deserve a heartfelt THANK YOU from me. I don't know the name of the person who has shown such fairness and goodness of mind, but he is certainly a clear soul. I would like my profound thanks to you, together with an enormous esteem.
