★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Richiesto un prezzo maggiore di quanto pattuito per la sostituzione dei pneumatici. La consegna dell' auto inoltre è avvenuta con oltre 2 ore di ritardo. Infine - dopo aver pagato 40€ - mi è stato detto con pessimi modi che mi si stava facendo un favore, perché avevo acquistato gli pneumatici su internet (dopo avere atteso invano per una settimana una telefonata per la comunicazione del loro preventivo).
Bad experience. A higher price than required for the replacement of the tires is required. The delivery of the car also took place over 2 hours late. Finally - after paying € 40 - I was told in bad ways that I was being done a favor, because I had bought the tires on the internet (after waiting in vain for a week for a phone call to communicate their quote).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza da dimenticare. Sicuramente c’è chi si trova bene ed è soddisfatto, io no. Ho cambiato la batteria e dopo meno di un anno è saltata: non mi è stata cambiata in garanzia adducendo come motivazione Il fatto che era bagnata: peccato che la batteria della freemont sia al gel come quelle nautiche e di conseguenza resistenti all’acqua. Purtroppo quest’ultimo particolare l’ho saputo dopo. Per di più mi è stato consegnato lo scontrino su garanzia timbrata sì ma di un’altra marca, risultato inutilizzabile.
Experience to forget. Surely there are those who feel good and are satisfied, I am not. I changed the battery and after less than a year it was skipped: I was not changed under warranty as the reason that it was wet: a pity that the battery of the freemont is gel like the nautical ones and consequently resistant to water. Unfortunately, I learned about this last detail later. Furthermore, I received the receipt on a stamped warranty, yes, but from another brand, which was unusable.
