Ero in possesso di buoni carburante Esso ma si è rifiutato di compilarmi i 4 buoni adducendo la scusa che c'erano troppi clienti (in cassa
c'ero solo io e 2 auto in rifornimento) e non aveva tempo di compilarmeli, si è rifiutato di farli compilare al sottoscritto ma viste le rimostranze (tutto tremante) ha iniziato a compilarne a fatica uno, liquidandomi poi con un ghigno li ha riposti tutti in un suo cassetto e lasciati in bianco, invitandomi poi ad andarmene alla svelta ricordando che " il gestore è lui e sa quello che fa".
Al riguardo sentirò molto presto il parere di Esso Italia.
A very bad professional, unmotivably cautious and angry.
I was in possession of Esso fuel vouchers but refused to fill in the 4 vouchers on the grounds that there were too many customers (at the cash desk
there was only me and 2 cars in supply) and he didn't have time to fill them in, he refused to have them filled in by myself but given the grievances (all trembling) he started to fill in one with difficulty, then liquidating me with a grin he put them away all in his drawer and left blank, then inviting me to leave quickly remembering that "he is the manager and he knows what he is doing".
In this regard, I will soon hear the opinion of Esso Italia.
