r	roberto bentivogli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando decidi di portare dei soldi alla Esso e non ad altri rifornitori perché hai dei buoni benzina da spendere e succede che i codici (VALIDI) non vengano accettati per vari motivi dal distributore di cui sopra.... e sentirsi addirittura dire dal gestore (con tono arrogante) : "tu mi puoi pure portare una mail del presidente della repubblica......".....beh ricordiamoci che il cliente (educato come nel mio caso) ANDREBBE TRATTATO BENE e non preso a parole e occhiatacce solo perché ci sono problemi con i voucher. a	alessandra cellesi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, lavaggio a conduzione familiare molto maleducati. Hanno preso 100 euro per lavare la tappezzeria e carrozeria. Alla consegna ho pagato subito, poco dopo mi sono accorta che era sporca e ho chiesto di lavarmela di nuovo o di darmi i soldi indietro. Ma niente da fare hanno negato l' evidenza , mi hanno mandato a quel paese e mi hanno detto di non tornare più. Fatta recensione sulla loro pagina facebook dove ci sono anche le foto che provo a pubblicare anche qui Bad experience, very rude family run wash. Ampio spiazzo per eseguire inversioni di marcia comode e sicure ma non pianificate. In particolare lo ricontatto dopo essere tornato a casa sulle 19.15 su WhatsApp (numero pubblico presente sulla loro pagina fb) inviandogli le foto e rappresentando quanto accaduto e mi ritrovo una chiamata in cui mi è stato detto che non dovevo contattarli ma dovevo tornare in orario di lavoro, che quella era la loro pulizia per 25 euro e che il bagaglio non è stato pulito perché pieno di cose. Alla consegna dell'auto in mattinata lo avevo fatto presente e mi era stato detto che avrebbero tolto loro la roba e riposizionata. Se lo avessi saputo prima gliela avrei consegnata in un'altra giornata. Tra l'altro alla presenza di un collega che mi aveva consigliato questo autolavaggio. Il tutto contornato da una conversazione dai modi poco eleganti. Delusissimo non ci tornerò più.
