Ho chiesto all'addetto se per cortesia poteva accettare in pagamento un assegno. Gli ho offerto in garanzia il mio telefono che costa 700 euro, oppure il mio orologio che vale molto di più. Ero in difficoltà perché non avevo gasolio e rischiavo di rimanere per strada. Impressionante la scortesia, la mancanza totale di empatia e di umanità di questa persona che negando qualsiasi forma di aiuto non ha neppure alzato il viso per guardarmi in fascia, continuando le sue occupazioni nella più totale indifferenza. S	Simone Cassotti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al gestore / responsabile di questa stazione di “servizio” (o meglio DISSERVIZIO) metto 1 stella , ma potendo non metterei nemmeno quella : La vostra pompa numero 2 (probabilmente guasta ma non segnalato) mi ha erogato solo 0.14 € dei 50€ richiesti; una volta agganciata la pistola , automaticamente è stato rilasciato lo scontrino con il credito rimanente, al quale non era scritto un codice per il rimborso (tramite il quale ritentare con un’altra pompa) nè un numero di telefono a cui chiedere almeno informazioni a riguardo, siccome siamo di Bergamo e non possiamo ritornarci direttamente, con scontrino alla mano. Abbiamo chiesto alla caserma dei carabinieri (situata a fianco di questo benzinaio) se conoscessero il proprietario o se potessero fare qualcosa in più, ma invano. Mi auguro vivamente che Lunedì (oggi è Domenica 2-06) rispondiate e facciate in modo di rimborsarmi 49,86€. Der Mann der Tankstelle macht ein auf freundlich und Hilfsbereit, aber seine Freundlichkeit, Tankzapfen in die Tanköffnung stecken, bezahlt man mit 26 Cent !!!!!!!Aufschlag je Liter. Bin leider reingefallen, 40 Liter Diesel haben Mal eben über 10€ !! Mehr gekostet! Attention! Here tourists without knowledge of Italian are ripped off.
