T	Tina Cilona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' da ieri che cerchiamo di ritirare un pacco che in UPS risulta lasciato al punto Access Point Esso. E' sempre stato chiuso, non un cartello o altro che indichi, se e quando si aprirà. Stamattina (dopo esser andati volte al in Esso) si incrociano i gestori (si pensa siano loro, poiché aprono la porta del loro ufficio) i quali riferiscono di loro problematiche umane (delle quali ci spiace), per poi in maniera ineducata affermare che di UPS non gli importa nulla, tanto meno del nostro pacco che riferiscono di non aver mai ricevuto (in contraddizione con quanto dichiarato da UPS), concludendo il tutto sbattendoci la porta in faccia. Ora... pur comprendo tutto, chi avendo pagato un servizio e materiale che cosa deve fare per poter godere di un bene di proprietà? Dopo le tantissime ed inutili telefonate ad ora ad UPS (è stato aperto un ticket, dovete aspettare, le uniche risposte avute), considerando le volte ed il tempo speso per andare all'Access point e le telefonate... Chi ne deve rispondere? Come sempre nessuno, perché così è??? Per quanto ci riguarda, questo Access Point ed UPS da dimenticare! Sono stata molto in coda prima di avvicinarmi alla pompa, quando è arrivato il mio turno ho dovuto usare il self service perché scattato mezzogiorno, hanno chiuso il servizio di pagamento al gestore.
