Vado per pagare con la carta di credito e mi dice che per accettarla devo fare più gasolio. Peccato che questa cosa non l'abbia scritta da NESSUNA parte. Faccio presente che sulla ricaricabile ho solo quei soldi e che comunque avrebbe dovuto indicare PRIMA che non transava per importi piccoli. Cosa peraltro ridicola, visto che le commissioni sono a percentuale sul transato (sono in commercio anche io!) e che le telefonate del POS se sei organizzato oramai nemmeno più le paghi essendo forfetizzate con molti gestori. Mi dice testualmente di NON FARLO MAI PIU' e mi accetta la transazione. Stia tranquillo, caro gestore, che non mi vedrà mai più. Sconsigliatissimo!!! Cortesia zero. Unfriendly owner. Mi sono trovata molto bene, faccio i complimenti ai gestori per il loro servizio . Ieri i miei genitori, 85enni e ribadisco 85enni, colti di sorpresa da un violento temporale, hanno trovato riparo presso il distributore. Sarebbero rimasti lì solo il tempo per far passare la furia della pioggia, SENZA dare alcun disturbo e SENZA essere di intralcio dato che in quel momento non c'era NESSUNO che faceva rifornimento. Ebbene il gestore li ha letteralmente CACCIATI in malo modo senza sentire ragioni. Lascio a chi legge ogni valutazione sull'episodio e sulla persona e metto 1 stella solo perché non si può mettere 0 stelle. Chiedo alla Esso spa di fare gli approfondimenti del caso.
