★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se si offre un servizio bisogna anche essere in grado di gestirlo, altrimenti meglio toglierlo. Questo è quello che penso quando vi è scarsa attenzione al cliente e indifferenza. Perciò se si offre il servizio ‘servito’ non è possibile che non ci sia nessuno disponibile a effettuarlo. Può essere per i più validi motivi e spero vivamente che sia stata una mancanza momentanea. Solitamente quando vado da altri benzinai il servizio ‘servito’ è rapido in quanto c’è sempre qualche dipendente disponibile e pronto per offrire al cliente il servizio per cui paga.
Per terminare, la ragazza alla cassa mi è corsa dietro dopo avermi dato la copia della ricevuta di pagamento sbagliata. Non ci ritornerei.

To finish, the girl at the cashier ran after me after giving me the copy of the wrong payment receipt. I would not go there again.
