B	Bjoern K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achtung Abzocke! Diese Tankstelle akzeptiert als Vertragspartner keine Shell-Verband Tankkarten, obwohl Esso zu Shell gehört. Auch als ich gezeigt habe, dass auf der Tankkarte das Esso Logo ist, wurde ich auf ein billiges ausgedrucktes Papier im Fenster verwiesen. Zudem war die Dame extrem unfreundlich. Einamal und nie wieder. Liebe Besitzer, denkt mal darüber nach, wer hier das Geld am Gardasee lässt, von dem ihr lebt! Attention rip off! As a contractual partner, this petrol station does not accept Shell Association fuel cards, although Esso is part of Shell. When I showed that the fuel card had the Esso logo, I was referred to a cheap printed piece of paper in the window. In addition, the lady was extremely rude. Once and never again. M	Marinus Laban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blijkbaar zijn er pompen waar je bedient MOET worden. Dat was totaal niet duidelijk aangegeven. Personeel spreekt alleen Italiaans. De bediende pompen zijn 15 cent per liter duurder. Ik voelde mij opgelicht door de Esso. Apparently there are pumps where you MUST be served. That was not clearly stated at all. Staff only speak Italian. The operated pumps are 15 cents per liter more expensive. I felt ripped off by the Esso.

LA SIGNORA CHE GESTISCE QUESTA ATTIVITÀ E' ESTREMAMENTE MALEDUCATA ED INDISPONENTE. LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE A TUTTI. The distributor does not live up to the name "ESSO" they do not accept some cards, they do not adhere to initiatives created by itself regarding fuel vouchers. THE LADY MANAGING THIS BUSINESS IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND INDISPONENT. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

Habe nicht auf den Benzinpreis geachtet in der Anzeige auf der Strasse waren es 1.66 € Dieser Preis gilt ABER NUR AUF DER RECHTEN SEITE !!!!!!! bin aber auf die linke Seite gekommen,(Serviceseite) da wurden mir 1.77 € berechnet.Tankanzeige 1.77 € im Kontrollfeld Keine 1.77 € irgendwo sonst sichtbar. War wohl zu leichtgläubig.Somit habe ich die rund 17 ,00 Euro fahrlässig ausgegeben. Es sind halt nicht alle ITALIENER Freundliche liebe Menschen Schade ,Schade Be careful with service when refueling at Esso in Garda. I asked the woman several times what the service cost. NIX NIX was always the answer. Didn't pay attention to the gasoline price in the ad on the street it was 1.66 € BUT ONLY ON THE RIGHT SIDE !!!!!!! But I came to the left side, (service page) I was charged 1.77 €. Fuel gauge 1.77 € in the control field None 1.77 € visible anywhere else. It was probably too gullible, so I negligently spent around 17.00 euros. Not all ITALIANS are friendly, dear people What a pity

Wir konnten nur tanken, weil zwei nette italienische Herren sich mit dem extrem unfreundlichen Besitzer gestritten haben. Ein andere Kunde hatte nicht so viel Glück und hat seine 20€ nicht wiederbekommen. Attention rip off! The machine often doesn't work at night and keeps the money. We could only refuel because two nice Italian gentlemen quarreled with the extremely unfriendly owner. Another customer was not so lucky and did not get his € 20 back.

Ich habe meine Tanköffnung auf der rechten Seite meines Fahrzeugs und fahre daher so an eine Tanksäule heran, dass ich nicht den Schlauch ums ganze Auto ziehen muss. Aber nicht hier!!!! Hier muss man rechts halten um selbst zu tanken. Ich bedankte mich daraufhin freundlich und verschloß meinen Tankdeckel wieder. Das gab der Dame von der Tankstelle wohl den Rest. Nur gut das ich nicht jedes Wort italienisch verstehe. Fahrt einfach an die vielen anderen Tankstellen in der Umgebung, da wird man höflich und fair behandelt. Für mich zählt diese Essostation zu dem unfreundlichsten, was ich je in Italien kennengelernt habe. Caution!!! Here is cashed. Here you have to keep to the right to refuel yourself. I thanked him in a friendly way and closed my tank cap again. That probably gave the lady from the gas station the rest. It's a good thing that I don't understand every word of Italian. Just drive to the many other gas stations in the area and you will be treated politely and fairly. For me, this Essostation is one of the unfriendliest things I've ever met in Italy.
