Quella che si presentava come una semplice proposta in realtà è diventata una manipolazione perché in un primo momento ho accettato la sauna, potendo così ricevere il trattamento a distanza di due giorni dalla telefonata, quando poi, in un secondo momento, ho deciso di disdire la sauna, l'appuntamento fissato è stato totalmente disdetto, con la scusante che "la sauna è un nostro percorso", cosa che mi ha lasciato del tutto perplesso. Il colmo è che, senza accettare la loro gentile "proposta", avrei potuto ricevere il trattamento tramite smartbox a distanza di 7 mesi. I clienti smartbox non sono clienti di serie B, io non vengo nella vostra struttura gratis, pago un cofanetto, se non vi stanno bene gli estremi della collaborazione con i vari pacchetti regalo NON li accettate. Comunicazione con il cliente poco chiara e non sincera, sconsigliatissimo. Smartbox customers are not Series B customers, I do not come to your facility for free, I pay for a box, if you do not like the details of the collaboration with the various gift packages you DO NOT accept them. Sono mesi (MESI) che cerco di fissare un appuntamento per un'esperienza SPA, ma le mie email non ricevono risposta. A giugno mi hanno scritto che mi avrebbero richiamato in settimana. Al telefono solo informazioni vaghe tipo "stiamo aggiornando i sistemi". Ho riscritto due giorni fa ma nessuno sembra interessato a rispondere. Se la partnership con Smartbox non vi conviene, non vi piace o che so io, CANCELLATELA invece di proporvi come struttura convenzionata sul sito e poi deludere i clienti. Le due operatrici ci hanno rigenerato con un gommage e massaggio viso. Relax, igiene e benessere sono state le parole chiavi. Alla fine del trattamento siamo stati deliziati da un ottima tisana e assaggi di frutta. Esperienza consigliatissima e sensazionale! This morning my boyfriend and I consumed the "Happiness for two" smartbox in this well-kept beauty center. The two operators regenerated us with a scrub and face massage. Relaxation, hygiene and well-being were the keywords. At the end of the treatment we were delighted by an excellent herbal tea and fruit tastings. Highly recommended and sensational experience!

Ho chiamato per la prima volta verso novembre (tra l'altro è stato anche difficile contattare il centro perché spesso hanno la segreteria) e mi hanno detto che non riuscivano ad entrare nel sito di Smartbox e quindi non potevano ricevere la prenotazione. Mi hanno chiesto di lasciare il numero 'inserendomi in lista' e che mi avrebbero richiamato non appena avrebbero risolto il problema. Non mi hanno richiamato e quindi dopo un mese, a dicembre, ho richiamato io. Mi hanno detto che il problema era risolto e chde (di nuovo) mi avrebbero messo in lista. Ho provato a chiamare di nuovo ma negli orari in cui chiamo trovo la segreteria. Morale della favola: ho prenotato in un altro centro di gran lunga più serio e professionale (che risponde al telefono - cosa a quanto pare non scontata) e che offre informazioni chiare sull'esperienza Smartbox che offre. Penso che se non si ha voglia di offrire un servizio tramite Smartbox (perché magari ci si rimette dei soldi o per altro motivi), a questo punto sia più onesto non mettere più a disposizione la propria disponibilità. Moral of the story: I booked in another center that is far more serious and professional (which answers the phone - which seems not to be taken for granted) and which offers clear information on the Smartbox experience it offers. I think that if you do not want to offer a service through Smartbox (because maybe you lose money or for other reasons), at this point it is more honest not to make your availability available anymore.
