In aggiunta, non sono neanche i fiori che avevo ordinato personalmente facendogli vedere una loro foto postata su Instagram. Che dire semplicemente una mancanza di rispetto ed una presa in giro. Per non parlare delle ripetute chiamate senza risposta!! Prima ed ultima volta!!!! BAD SERVICE !! Dovevo fare una pianta come regalo in zona, siccome vivo all'estero li ho contattati tramite Whatsapp e Federico ha soddisfatto tutte le mie (non poche) richieste, in pochi lo avrebbero fatto, per lo piu' ad uno sconosciuto tramite whatsapp... Mi ha inviato alcune foto di prodotti da poter scegliere e ha accontentato la mia richiesta di pagamento tramite PayPal, effettuando poi la consegna il giorno stesso. Il budget della classe era piccolo, e controllando sui siti di fiorai con consegna a domicilio con quella cifra non avrei potuto fare nulla. Allora ho cercato su Google un fioraio in zona, dove abita la maestra... il signor Federico è stato davvero gentile e disponibile, e per di più pagamento tramite bonifico! Poi mi ha anche inviato foto del mazzo di fiori! Che dire...
