★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attivo Linkem (21/11/19) per cercare di meglio rispetto a Telecom che mi offre al massimo 7/8 mega.
Il venditore mi dice: potrà recedere quando vuole e pagherà solamente il mese di utilizzo, senza altre spese.
Mi fido, non leggo il contratto anche perché alla sottoscrizione mi viene consegnato solo il frontespizio con l'accettazione dell'installazione.
Dopo pochi giorni, via mail, ricevo copia del contratto con le condizioni.
Tutta un'altra musica, penali a go go con costi di disattivazione ed altro dei quali nessuno mi aveva parlato.
Quando si dice "fidarsi è bene" ...
Per concludere... servizio simile a quello Telecom, quindi per me inutile, e naturale richiesta di disattivazione dopo soli 20 giorni ( 11/12/19).
Costi fatturati per circa 20 giorni di utilizzo: ad oggi circa 120 Euro e forse non è ancora finita, ogni tanto mi arriva una fattura nuova.
L'ultima andrà in addebito il 14/10/20.
Dovrebbero restituirmi, forse, un paio di euro che mi hanno addebitato per loro errore ma finora mi giungono solo mail perché causa Covid non possono gestire la pratica di rimborso (loro nota del 11/07/20). Quelle di incasso invece si.
Questa, per me, è stata l'esperienza con Linkem.
Lascio volentieri ad altri il brivido della prova.
Metto una stella perché devo, altrimenti non metterei neppure quella.
Quando hanno tolto l'antenna mi hanno lasciato persino il cavo penzoloni senza neppure ancorarlo alla staffa, quasi a disprezzo verso il cliente che aveva rifiutato il loro servizio.

 I activate Linkem (11/21/19) to try better than Telecom which offers me at most 7/8 megs.
The seller tells me: he can withdraw when he wants and will only pay for the month of use, without other expenses.
I trust, I do not read the contract also because upon signing I am only given the title page with the acceptance of the installation.
After a few days, via email, I receive a copy of the contract with the conditions.
All other music, go-go penalties with deactivation costs and more that no one had told me about.
When you say "trust is good" ...
To conclude ... service similar to Telecom, therefore useless for me, and natural request for deactivation after only 20 days (11/12/19).
Costs billed for about 20 days of use: to date about 120 euros and maybe it's not over yet, every now and then I get a new invoice.
The last one will be debited on 14/10/20.
Perhaps they should give me back a couple of euros that they charged me by mistake but so far I am only receiving emails because due to Covid they cannot manage the reimbursement procedure (their note of 11/07/20). On the other hand, those of collection do.
This, for me, was the experience with Linkem.
I gladly leave the thrill of the test to others.
I put a star because I have to, otherwise I wouldn't put that one either.
When they removed the antenna they even left the cable dangling without even anchoring it to the bracket, almost in contempt for the customer who had refused their service.
