Prima uscita esclusivamente per capire il problema di una caldaia autonoma (di recente fabbricazione) costato oltre 100€ senza alcun intervento sulla caldaia stessa. Seconda uscita per sostituzione sonda e scambiatore: in un ora non solo non effettuano la sostituzione ma probabilmente manomettono la caldaia (prima funzionante!) per rimanere più tempo. Risultato: il riscaldamento non funziona più e la seconda uscita è costata 211€, dopo una assurda trattativa. Affidatevi a personale qualificato! Warning: risk of fraud. First exit exclusively to understand the problem of an autonomous boiler (recently built) costing over € 100 without any intervention on the boiler itself. Second exit for probe and exchanger replacement: in an hour not only do they not replace but probably tamper with the boiler (previously working!) To stay longer. Result: the heating no longer works and the second exit cost € 211, after an absurd negotiation. Trust qualified personnel!

Sono stati molto disponibili nonostante abbia richiesto più volte di cambiare il giorno fissato per l’appuntamento. Mi affiderò a loro anche per l’anno prossimo. I trusted them to do the annual boiler maintenance. They were very helpful despite having requested several times to change the day set for the appointment. I will also rely on them for next year.

L'intervento sulla caldaia è stato cortese e veloce, ma mi sono accorto in serata di aver firmato una bolla con più ore di quelle reali. Ho cercato poi di risolvere il problema ma è stato un disastro, diverse telefonate con personale incompetente, senza mai essere richiamato come promesso e alla fine si sono rifiutati di addebitarmi le ore corrette. Dopo di che partono i dispetti: al contrario degli accordi, fatturano al condominio e non a me (io certamente mi sarei rifiutato di sottostare alla truffa) e poi inventano presunti disordini nel locale caldaia. Poverini. A oggi, aspetto ancora di essere richiamato dal responsabile. User A G is right in one of the previous comments. After that, the spites start: contrary to the agreements, they invoice the condominium and not me (I certainly would have refused to submit to the scam) and then invent alleged disorders in the boiler room. Poor things. To date, I still wait to be called back by the manager.

Richiesto intervento su condizionatore Samsung, chiedendo via mail se potevano fare la riparazione su quel modello, mi è stato risposto di si senza problemi. Intervenuto il "tecnico" presso la mia abitazione, ha svitato quattro viti dell'unita' esterna, dopo di che è stato un'ora al telefono con non so chi, chiedendo informazioni sui codici di errore Samsung. Riparazione non effettuata, richiesta 100 euro, assicurandomi che sarebbero state dedotte dalla riparazione futura (bugiardo). Dopo due giorni, ricevo la mail, dove mi consigliano di rivolgermi ad un riparatore Samsung. Grazie. Incapable and inadequate. On the verge of scam.
