Ho fatto un trattamento anticrespo che consiglio vivamente (risultato spettacolare), e successivamente un'acconciatura per un matrimonio. Sanno consigliare benissimo e sono riuscita ad aver tutto il comfort di cui avevo bisogno, Silvia e l'altra ragazza sono simpaticissime e hanno davvero a cuore il rapporto con i clienti, si vede, e già qui sarebbe stato un 5 stelle su 5 per la cura del negozio e per come viene trattato il cliente (cosa fondamentale); in più si aggiunge il fatto che il negozio non rimane indietro come molti parrucchieri, qui il personale è sempre aggiornato su tantissime novità, make up, trattamenti particolari e non, specificità sul capello, tinte e shampoo! I did a frizz treatment that I highly recommend (spectacular result), and then a hairstyle for a wedding. They know very well and I managed to get all the comfort I needed, Silvia and the other girl are very nice and they really care about the relationship with the customers, you see, and already here it would have been a 5 out of 5 stars for the care of the store and how the customer is treated (fundamental); in addition there is the fact that the store does not lag behind as many hairdressers, here the staff is always up to date on lots of news, make-up, special treatments and not, specificity on the hair, dyes and shampoos!
