La Bialetti la conservo nel cassetto e seguito a volerle un gran bene, per avermi accompagnato nella vita. Ma oggi non so rinunciare alla comodità di una macchina EspressoUnoPiù e di capsule Miscela Napoli, che hanno di molto ridotto la mia dipendenza dal semi-ristretto del mio bar preferito. La differenza – quando il barman s’impegna – non si può negare. Ma, con questi chiari di luna…
P.S. - Auspichiamo che anche Kimbo produca capsule compostabili.
