D	Danilo S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che ho soggiornato due notti a ferragosto 2021,ma scrivo solo ora per evitare di essere troppo maleducato. Iniziamo dalla camera: Piccola,sporca,polvere ovunque, prese di corrente staccate dal muro, un ventilatore da 10 euro comprato dai cinesi,un bagno che sembrava una dispensa, materassi in lana modello caserma militare anni '90. La cortesia non è certo il loro forte,l'aria condizionata solo all'entrata, perché loro devono lavorare al fresco, ma nelle camere si fa la sauna. La colazione.......ho visto i formaggini.....non aggiungo altro, ma non ho voluto approfondire nella cena. 280 euro per due notti.....meglio dormire in macchina credetemi, anche perché su quel materasso non abbiamo chiuso occhio. Io credo che nel 2021/22 l'accoglienza, la gentilezza, la cortesia e l'ospitalità dovrebbe essere tutt'altra cosa!!! Da ligure mi sono davvero vergognato da cosa offrono queste persone ai loro "OSPITI ". Vi consiglio vivamente altre strutture. Buone vacanze I state that I stayed two nights in mid-August 2021, but I am only writing now to avoid being too rude. Let's start with the room: Small, dirty, dust everywhere, sockets disconnected from the wall, a 10 euro fan bought by the Chinese, a bathroom that looked like a pantry, wool mattresses model military barracks from the 90s. Courtesy is certainly not their strong point, the air conditioning only at the entrance, because they have to work in the cool, but in the rooms there is a sauna. The breakfast ....... I saw the cheeses ..... I won't add anything else, but I didn't want to go into dinner. 280 euros for two nights ..... better sleep in the car believe me, also because we didn't sleep a wink on that mattress. I believe that in 2021/22 the welcome, kindness, courtesy and hospitality should be quite another thing !!! As a Ligurian I am really ashamed of what these people offer to their "GUESTS". I highly recommend other facilities. Happy holiday

Prenotato telefonicamente due camere matrimoniali con bagno privato una x una notte e l altra x due notti.al check in comunichiamo che una delle due nn è di nostro gradimento...nn ha il bidè. Nn possibile cambiare xché la struttura è al completo. Ci viene detto che avremmo dovuto richiederlo al momento della prenotazione. Ma in Italia a chi viene in mente di chiedere questa opzione? E che essendo un due stelle nn prevede quel tipo di camera con bidè ma l altra camera però c'è l'aveva ... quindi? Su due siti consultati da noi una lo da con tre stelle e l atro due stelle .Assoluta indisponeza verso il cliente pagato 80€ come l altra camera. Siate più trasparenti al momento delle prenotazioni . controllate i siti che deve essere di vostra competenza.colazione scarsa arredamento datato Not recommended. Booked by telephone for two double bedrooms with private bathroom, one for one night and the other for two nights. At check in we communicate that one of the two is not to our liking ... it has no bidet. It is not possible to change because the structure is complete. We are told that we should have requested this at the time of booking. But in Italy who comes to ask for this option? And that being a two-star hotel does not provide that type of room with bidet but the other room, however, had it ... so? On two sites consulted by us one gives it with three stars and the other two stars. Absolute dislike towards the customer paid 80 € like the other room. Be more transparent when making reservations. check out the sites which must be your responsibility. breakfast poor dated decor

Y	Youssef El Chab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey I had never seen an hotel like this, its an old dirty hotel with an old and dirty rooms with no air conditioning and very dirty blankets and the beds are with very very very old mattresses that let me be awaken all nights and with back pain all the day and to sleep on the beach. The toilet is with a broken door that it's not able to be closed. The reception staff are not professional. I ask person to read carefully all these feedbacks in order not to spend money to stay in bad hotel and live a bad vacation
