Dopo aver sentito anche altre agenzie, ESL si è rivelata essere quella che più soddisfaceva le mie esigenze, in particolare per i prezzi contenuti, e per questo motivo ho prenotato ieri il mio viaggio studio. Ringrazio in particolare Aura per la sua gentilezza, per avermi seguito e dato consigli opportuni durante la prenotazione. I applied to ESL for a language stay in Belfast for 3 weeks during the month of July. After hearing other agencies too, ESL turned out to be the one that best met my needs, in particular for the low prices, and for this reason I booked my study trip yesterday. I especially thank Aura for her kindness, for following me and giving me appropriate advice during the booking.

They recommended this travel agency abroad to me for my daughter and I must say that we were very pleased to have entrusted us with ESL. Marco guided us in the choice of the stay according to our needs, also being at the first experience and thanks to his competence and professionalism, we are now waiting to let my daughter live this study experience and pleasure. I will definitely write another review at the end of my stay, because we are convinced that it will only positively confirm all our expectations.

Quest'anno mi sono rivolta ad ESL per mandare le mie figlie in Inghilterra e Francia per una vacanza studio. La Sig.ra Lucia Porta è stata molto gentile ed efficiente nel proporre varie alternative e gestire la prenotazione. Al momento il mio feedback è altamente positivo. Last year my daughters found themselves in Malta, for a study holiday, during the period in which the pandemic broke out and, I was very disappointed by the agency that had followed them. This year I turned to ESL to send my daughters to England and France for a study holiday. Mrs. Lucia Porta was very kind and efficient in proposing various alternatives and managing the booking. My feedback is highly positive at the moment.

Sono stata seguita da Aura di Milano ragazza gentilissima e molto disponibile. Abbiamo anche incontrato Clara dell'ufficio di Torino dato che mio figlio di 16 anni voleva avere un colloquio "di persona" per fare alcune domande. Sono state tutte carinissime e molto pazienti. Mio figlio ora è convintissimo ed entusiasta, non vede l'ora di partire. Abbiamo infatti prenotato un viaggio studio in Irlanda- Dublino in famiglia. Mi riprometto di fare un'ulteriore recensione dopo il soggiorno,ma sono sicura che sarà una bellissima esperienza I'm from the prov. I learned about ESL through the internet and convinced myself to contact them by reading the reviews. I was followed by Aura from Milan, a very kind and very helpful girl. We also met Clara from the Turin office as my 16 year old son wanted to have an "in person" interview to ask some questions. They were all so cute and very patient. My son is now very convinced and enthusiastic, he can't wait to leave. In fact, we booked a study trip to Ireland-Dublin as a family. I plan to do one more review after my stay, but I'm sure it will be a great experience

Ho confrontato i prezzi e le competenze con altre agenzie ma posso assolutamente confermare che sono stato seguito in modo puntuale, professionale dalla Sig.ra Aura, la quale con pazienza e gentilezza mi ha consigliato la migliore soluzione per un soggiorno sia didattico che di vacanza studio per mia figlia. Tornerò a lasciare un ulteriore recensione quando tornerà mia figlia dal soggiorno di 3 settimane e vi farò sapere come è andata.
