Prima dell'ordine alcune recensioni negative mettevano in evidenza due possibili criticità: 1- stampa di bassa qualità; 2- taglie sbagliate. Mi sento di dire che, nel primo caso, il customer care e il grafico mi sono venuti subito incontro correggendo gli errori nella risoluzione/bilanciamento contrasto dell'immagine che avevo inviato. In particolare hanno atteso mio riscontro per procedere alla stampa dell'immagine neoconfigurata. Nel secondo caso invece, questo era in assoluto il mio primo ordine, tra l'altro un regalo per il mio compagno. Mi è bastato in metro da sarta e una sua maglia da confrontare con la tabella misure presente sul sito et voilà maglia perfetta. Super consigliato sia per la qualità che la gentilezza e professionalità dimostrate. I want to give feedback that sets things right.
