★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un voucher presso questa azienda, pensando fosse seria ma purtroppo devo ricredermi. Sto cercando invano di contattarli da un mese per avere un'informazione in attesa di poter prenotare l'escursione, ho inviato più di una mail alle quali non ho ricevuto risposta, ho scritto su WhatsApp e ho chiamato al telefono, anche lì senza risposta. Oggi finalmente, mi risponde un signore abbastanza sgarbato che non mi lascia nemmeno finire di parlare e mi dice di provare a richiamare dopo un'ora, chiudendomi praticamente il telefono in faccia. Questo non mi sembra assolutamente un comportamento professionale ed educato; ad oggi questa è la mia recensione, se dopo aver effettuato l'escursione sarò soddisfatta dell'esperienza, riconsidererò la mia valutazione.
I bought a voucher from this company, thinking it was serious but unfortunately I have to change my mind. I have been trying in vain to contact them for a month to get information waiting to be able to book the excursion, I have sent more than one email to which I have not received an answer, I wrote on WhatsApp and I called on the phone, even there with no answer. Today finally, a rather rude gentleman answers me who does not even let me finish talking and tells me to try to call back after an hour, practically closing the phone in my face. This does not seem to me absolutely professional and polite behavior; to date this is my review, if after having made the excursion I am satisfied with the experience, I will reconsider my evaluation.
