Il bar è organizzato, ogni tanto anche con musica live. Unica pecca: immondizia. Il bar da cannucce per i propri drink o granite che poi vengono sparse per la spiaggia. So che questo non è solo colpa loro, ma potrebbero fare qualcosa per ridurre il loro impatto in una spiaggia straordinaria. The place is wonderful! If the days are suitable, the sea is clear and the temperature is ideal. The bar is organized, sometimes even with live music. The only flaw: garbage. The bar gives straws for their drinks or slushes which are then scattered around the beach. I know this is not just their fault, but they could do something to reduce their impact on an amazing beach.

D	Daniele Ariis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver trascorso la mattinata a Mazara del Vallo, cercavamo una spiaggia dove rilassarci e fare il bagno e per caso siamo capitati nella spiaggia libera del ristobar Playa Escondido. Nonostante fosse il 31 di agosto c'era poca gente, la spiaggia "abbastanza" pulita, il mare molto bello con vista su Favignana e Marettimo. Subito abbiamo notato l'Escondido beachbar, dal quale siamo stati attratti per una birretta ghiacciata. Abbiamo trovato un personale simpatico, gioviale e professionale, dalla titolare al barman al cuoco, tutti solari e disponibili; tant'è che ci siamo serviti anche per un pranzetto veloce. Volendo fermarci fino al tramonto, abbiamo chiesto se ci fosse la possibilità di un apericena, visto che chiudevano alle 20:00 e nonostante l'orario di chiusura il mitico cuoco si è reso disponibile anche per farci i tagliolini ai ricci di mare. Che dire: abbiamo visto un tramonto magico, seduti nei tavolini sulla spiaggia a pochi metri dal mare, gustando un eccellente aperitivo accompagnato da stuzzichini vari e seguito da dei tagliolini ai ricci di mare superbi, nei quali gustavi il sapore del mare. Il Top!!! 5 stelle meritatissime!!! Unico appunto (indipendente dal risto bar) i rifiuti abbandonati in spiaggia (soprattutto dagli indigeni) nonostante i numerosi cestini; tant'è che a fine giornata nel rispetto di questo splendido luogo, abbiamo fatto anche gli spazzini... After spending the morning in Mazara del Vallo, we were looking for a beach to relax and swim and by chance we came across the free beach of the Playa Escondido restaurant. Although it was the 31st of August there were few people, the beach "fairly" clean, the sea very beautiful with a view of Favignana and Marettimo. We immediately noticed the Escondido beachbar, from which we were attracted for an ice cold beer. We found a nice, jovial and professional staff, from the owner to the barman to the cook, all cheerful and helpful; so much so that we also served for a quick lunch. Wanting to stop until sunset, we asked if there was the possibility of an aperitif, since they closed at 20:00 and despite the closing time the legendary cook was also available to make us noodles with sea urchins. What can I say: we saw a magical sunset, sitting at the tables on the beach a few meters from the sea, enjoying an excellent aperitif accompanied by various appetizers and followed by superb noodles with sea urchins, in which you enjoyed the taste of the sea. The Top !!! 5 stars well deserved !!! The only thing (independent from the restaurant) is the waste abandoned on the beach (especially by the natives) despite the numerous baskets; so much so that at the end of the day in respect of this splendid place, we also did the scavengers ...
