★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato alla succursale di Fornacette un sabato mattina ma è stata un'esperienza davvero negativa, probabilmente ho trovato la persona sbagliata... Questo signore oltre che poco preparato mi ha parlato un'ora e non è arrivato a niente, praticamente sono uscito con un bel mal di testa e senza un preventivo... ma ammettere semplicemente un problema sui sistemi informatici e rinviare l'appuntamento no???
 I was at the Fornacette branch on a Saturday morning but it was a really bad experience, I probably found the wrong person ... This gentleman, as well as not very prepared, spoke to me for an hour and came nowhere, practically I went out with a big headache and without a quote ... but simply admit a problem on the computer systems and postpone the appointment no ???

Ottima concessionaria con venditori preparati e disponibili. Personalmente, mi sono sempre rivolto a Sandro Del Gamba della sede di Calcinaia, che nel corso degli anni ha sempre soddisfatto le esigenze mie e dei miei familiari con puntualità e serietà.
Raccomando sia la concessionaria che le auto, molto valide, durature ed al passo con i tempi.

Excellent dealership with trained and helpful salespeople. Personally, I have always turned to Sandro Del Gamba from the Calcinaia office, who over the years has always satisfied my and my family's needs with punctuality and seriousness.
I recommend both the dealership and the cars, very valid, durable and in step with the times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L unica stella va alla VW stessa non al concessionario.7 mesi per una Golf mi sembrano veramente troppi!Alla fine ho comprato una BMW dove mi hanno fatto più sconto sull auto acquistata e mi hanno valutato molto di più l usato.
The only star goes to VW itself not to the dealer. 7 months for a Golf seems to me really too long! In the end I bought a BMW where they gave me more discount on the car purchased and they rated me much more used.

L'auto vw tiguan mi doveva essere consegnata i primi giorni di gennaio 2022, sono stato contattato pochi giorni dopo per avvertirmi che mi sarebbe stata consegnata a marzo 2022. A febbraio 2022 mi sono interessato ma ho avuto risposta che mi avrebbero contattato loro, i primi di Marzo 2022 li ho nuovamente contattati per avere notizie in merito ma mi hanno detto nuovamente che non sapevano quando me l'avrebbero consegnata. Ho avanzato una proposta che hanno rifiutato perdendo così un cliente
my experience with the eschini concessionaire in fornacette was very bad. The vw tiguan car had to be delivered to me in the first days of January 2022, I was contacted a few days later to warn me that it would be delivered to me in March 2022. In February 2022 I got interested but I received an answer that they would contact me. early March 2022 I contacted them again to get news about it but they told me again that they did not know when they would deliver it to me.
