★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparente gentilezza del signor Luigi, finiti i lavori di posa delle piastrelle del bagno ho constatato che non era rimasta neanche una scatola di rivestimento da tenere di scorta per eventuali guasti, mentre del pavimento erano rimasti 2 scatole (aveva errato i conteggi) alle mie osservazioni il signor Luigi mi ha promesso che avrebbe provveduto alla consegna di una scatola del rivestimento sostituendola con una del pavimento ma oggi è già passato un anno e la promessa non è stata mantenuta.
Alle mie mail rispondeva che avrebbe provveduto quanto prima, ma mi ha preso solo in giro!
Poco serio!

Apparent kindness of Mr. Luigi, after the work of laying the bathroom tiles I found that there was not even a box of wall tiles left to keep as a spare for possible failures, while 2 boxes were left of the floor (he had wrong the counts) to my observations Mr. Luigi promised me that he would deliver a box of the covering, replacing it with one of the floor, but today a year has already passed and the promise has not been kept.
He replied to my emails that he would do so as soon as possible, but he only made fun of me!
