★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sto partecipando al corso professionale con qualifica da cuoco, per il momento mi sto trovando molto bene.
I docenti che ho conosciuto fino ad ora sono molto competenti inoltre sanno trasmettere bene le loro cono.
In ogni caso scriverò alte due recensioni, una a metà corso ed una alla fine.
Recensione di fine corso
La parte teorica è stata trattata in modo molto interessante seppur molto sintetizzata.
La parte di pratica ( svolta da due chef) seppur breve ci ha dato le basi per entrare in cucina.
Concludendo il corso da cucina merita molto, a mio parere sarebbe stata utile una settimana in più di pratica.
I am participating in the professional course with a chef qualification, for the moment I am finding myself very well.
The teachers I have met so far are very competent and they also know how to convey their cones well.
In any case, I will write two reviews, one in the middle of the course and one at the end.
End of course review
The theoretical part was treated in a very interesting but very synthesized way.
The practical part (carried out by two chefs), albeit short, gave us the basis for entering the kitchen.
In conclusion, the cooking course deserves a lot, in my opinion an extra week of practice would have been useful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo posto. È la seconda volta che faccio corsi qui ( corsi per l'apprendistato) e sono molto organizzati e rispettano tutte le norme covid. Hanno anche un ampia scelta appunto di corsi e all'entrata di trovano due macchinette dove poter prendere qualcosa da sgranocchiare. Gli insegnanti sono tutti qualificati e bravi nel loro lavoro.
Great place. It is the second time that I do courses here (courses for apprenticeships) and they are very organized and comply with all covid standards. They also have a wide choice of courses and at the entrance they find two machines where you can get something to munch on. The teachers are all qualified and good at their job.
