★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il mese scorso da questo negozio di Torino on line tre camicie da uomo e scrivo per esprimere tutto il mio disappunto sulla qualità del prodotto: premetto che mio marito ha diverse camicie Ervè Jacques acquistate più di 15 anni addietro, quando esistevano i negozi a Udine e Portogruaro con taglia 15 e 3/4 ed ancora oggi le indossa comodamente, quelle ricevute nonostante di taglia 16/41 risultano attillate e addirittura dopo il primo lavaggio a mano si sono talmente ristrette da non poterle più indossare! Sono rimasta delusa nel constatare che negli anni la qualità del prodotto sia così peggiorata. Il mio parere: "Forse della Ervè Jacques è rimasto solo il marchio!"
Last month I bought three men's shirts from this online shop in Turin and I am writing to express all my disappointment about the quality of the product: I state that my husband has several Ervè Jacques shirts purchased more than 15 years ago, when there were shops in Udine and Portogruaro with size 15 and 3/4 and still wears them comfortably today, those received despite size 16/41 are tight and even after the first hand wash they are so narrow that they can no longer be worn! I was disappointed to see that the quality of the product has deteriorated so much over the years. My opinion: "Maybe Ervè Jacques has only the brand left!"
