Affidabilità, professionalità, competenza, onestà e disponibilità sono i requisiti che pretendo quando acquisto un prodotto per il mio lavoro, e devo dire che li ho trovati tutti in questo negozio. What to say?? I've been using them for about 15 years, their products are of excellent quality, I changed my PC after about 12 years only because technological progress imposed it on me, but with the "old PC" I never had any problem. Reliability, professionalism, competence, honesty and availability are the requirements that I demand when buying a product for my work, and I must say that I found them all in this shop.

Piú di due settimane per ripararlo grazie al loro laboratorio di " fiducia " che ci ha gentilmente perso la memoria interna del pc perdendo dati personali e non.... e chissà dove. Morale della favola ci hanno anche accusato di averla tolta prima di portarlo da loro e dopo che ne hanno rimessa un altra nuova hanno anche avuto il coraggio di dire che non ce la facevano pagare.... Naturalmente alla fine i soldi per la riparazione li hanno presi tutti e volentieri dimostrando cosí che un danno del genere non gli ha creato neanche un pò di vergogna. Piuttosto buttatelo il pc invece di portarlo qui. I state that I thought I would go without fail bringing the pc that did not turn on after reading the reviews .... and instead .... More than two weeks to repair it thanks to their "trust" laboratory that has kindly lost us the PC internal memory, losing personal and non-personal data .... and who knows where. Moral of the story, they also accused us of having removed it before taking it to them and after they put another new one back they also had the courage to say that they did not charge us for it .... Of course, in the end, the money for the repair is there. they took everyone and willingly demonstrating that such damage did not create even a bit of shame. Rather throw the pc instead of bringing it here.

Una...due volte....alla terza non ci sono clienti ma c'è il tecnico al telefono e mi richiedono di richiamare. Mi impunto e dopo l'udienza papale con tecnico per ambasciata, mi fissano un appuntamento quando dicono loro ad un orario comodo a loro. Ahahhahahhahahhahah Ribadisco che sono loro a dare un servizio e soddisfare i clienti, non il contrario. Sarebbe come andare in trattoria quando ti chiama l'oste mangiare quello che dice lui. Ahahhaha follia pura. Espongo il mio disappunto per il pessimo servizio offerto e mi viene detto: " questo negozio non fa per lei". Ahahhahahhahahhahahah spettacolariiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii. Lo potrebbero fare se esistessero solo loro, ma nemmeno. Invece figo un tecnico trovato subito dopo su internet, di ciampino, giovane, educato, professionale, un certo Stefano C. Comparso tra i primi nella ricerca, che mi ha rassicurato sui problemi del PC, ha concordato subito una cifra ONESTISSIMA e ad un orario d'intervento a me consono . L'educazione e la professionalità ripagano, mentre questo negozio non vedrà mai il mio caro denaro . Meditate gente.
