Mi hanno installato una pensillina da quasi 1000 euro e dopo poco piu di un anno, in una giornata di vento è "volata" giù (per fortuna senza fare danni a persone visto che abito al terzo piano). Dovevano venire per togliere quello che ne era rimasto (sostegni) e prendere misure per alcune finestre da rifare. Mi hanno preso in giro per un mese non rispondendo al telefono o dicendomi che mi avrebbero richiamato loro dopo poco. Probabilmente si sentivano obbligati a farmi uno sconto e hanno preferito non farsi piu sentire. Mai piu con loro.
Bad company, not very serious.
I have installed a shelter for almost 1000 euros and after just over a year, on a windy day it "flew" down (luckily without causing damage to people since I live on the third floor). They had to come to remove what was left (supports) and take measures for some windows to be redone. They teased me for a month by not answering the phone or telling me they would call me back shortly. They probably felt obliged to give me a discount and preferred not to be heard anymore. Never again with them.
