★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima amministrazione per non dire orrenda,condominio con moroso da anni senza provvedimenti,debiti pagati da noi con i sacrifici,soldi dati a questa persona che diceva di fare i fatti(visure,decreti ingiuntivi), invece non ha fatto proprio nulla,quando abbiamo deciso di fare la revoca,alla richiesta del contabile di avere le visure ecc…lui non ha fornito proprio nulla cosicché il contabile si è ritirato e noi siamo punto e a CAPO.SOLDI INTASCATI,metto una stella perché 0 non si può,mi chiedo seriamente se è del mestiere,anzi non me lo chiedo.
