★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sottoscritto un contratto per la cessione dei crediti d'imposta con Fineco e sono stato affidato ad EY per tutta la parte gestionale della pratica. Che dire? l'help desk tecnico funziona bene (rispondono in media dopo un giorno), ma ogni volta che mi sono rivolto all'help desk normativo (si può fare solo tramite mail) non ho mai ottenuto risposta, se non dopo aver fatto un paio di solleciti telefonici e comunque in media dopo una settimana!
Servizio assolutamente da rivedere!
I signed a contract for the sale of tax credits with Fineco and I was entrusted to EY for the entire management part of the practice. What to say? the technical help desk works well (they respond on average after one day), but every time I contacted the regulatory help desk (it can only be done by email) I never got an answer, except after doing a couple of telephone reminders and in any case on average after a week!
Service absolutely to be reviewed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho aperto con voi una pratica di cessione del credito per lavori al 50% con Banca MPS e sono stato affidato a questa piattaforma.Che dire un disastro totaleee.Non rispondono alle mail se non con risposte prestampate, documentazione caricata in piattaforma a giugno 2021 e non si sa lo stato della pratica.Al telefono rispondono con il contagocce dopo circa 30-40 chiamate.Purtroppo il centralino è oberato di chiamate e nn me la prendo assolutamente con le operatrici che sono state molto gentile.So solo che siamo agli sgoccioli e non si sa ancora se avrò la cessione del credito di cui ho pienamente diritto, inoltre la cosa grave è che in 8 mesi non mi è stato neanche comunicato chi fosse il referente fiscale della mia pratica.se si potesse mettere un punteggio inferiore a 1 metterei -10 ed ho detto tutto
I have opened a credit transfer procedure with you for work at 50% with Banca MPS and have been entrusted to this platform. What about a total disaster. They do not respond to emails except with pre-printed answers, documentation uploaded to the platform in June 2021 the status of the file is not known.The phone responds with a dropper after about 30-40 calls. it is not yet known if I will have the assignment of the credit to which I am fully entitled, moreover the serious thing is that in 8 months I was not even informed who was the tax contact person of my practice. if you could put a score lower than 1 I would put -10 and I said it all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a month, I got a call from a young woman saying that I was shortlisted for the position and that the interview would have been in the next month. She didn't introduce herself and said that was from EE (a terrible English pronunciation and she claims to be bilingual on her linkedin). She also asked my residence. I haven't got any formal interview. So, they probably discriminate who do not live in Milan because they offer a fake p.iva contract (low wage and poor conditions). I also asked for a feedback but they didn't answer. They are unprofessional and rude. Anyway, the way they treat candidates says a lot about the company and its culture.
