★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ermanno ti fa sentire di far parte di un gruppo sicuro e protetto, senza giudizio, senza dover sentire timore di esprimere il proprio pensiero. La lezione con lui e le mie compagne è diventata un appuntamento per me irrinunciabile. Ringrazio di cuore Ermanno perché ha la capacità di trasmetterti gli strumenti per meditare, ma anche per riflettere, ti accompagna delicatamente senza prepotenza di pensiero, solo con grande intelligenza e pazienza. Mi sento libera di poter dire quello che penso, sempre nel rispetto degli altri, senza mai sentirmi additata o giudicata. Ho imparato/sto imparando tante piccole grandi cose ad ogni lezione. Da quando medito con lui e da sola, ho migliorato molti aspetti di me, ma soprattutto sto imparando a conoscermi, sto facendo un percorso interiore molto importante, intenso, a volte faticoso e spinoso, ma necessario, che non avrei mai pensato di intraprendere. Sono diventata curiosa di me stessa, ed Ermanno è presente con competenza e professionalità, ma anche con umiltà. Consiglio a tutti di provare a fare una lezione con lui!

Since meditating with him and alone, I have improved many aspects of myself, but above all I am getting to know myself, I am making a very important, intense, sometimes tiring and thorny, but necessary, internal journey that I never thought I would undertake.
