Ad un mese dal pagamento non ricevo i prodotti e contatto telefonicamente il negozio fisico: la zia scusandosi del disagio mi assicura che la spedizione avverrà o mi verranno restituiti i soldi. Dopo ancora DUE settimane di corrispondenza email con la suddetta Francesca, la stessa, che si era impegnata ad effettuare un rimborso per mancanza dei prodotti, SCOMPARE e non risponde più alle email. Nel negozio nessuno risponde più al telefono. Che schifo che ci sia gente così. Vergognatevi. Ladri.
