Mi sono recata da loro con il televisore segnalando che il telecomando a volte non funzionava, il "tecnico " l' ha provato, in quel momento ha funzionato bene quindi, con tono di sufficienza mi ha detto che il problema erano le interferenze. Ho eliminato tutto ciò che pensavo interferisse ma poi, visto il persistere del malfunzionamento ho comprato un altro telecomando. Problema risolto. Dopo averlo trattenuto sei mesi e diversi solleciti in cui mi veniva comunicato che le parti di ricambio erano in arrivo all'ennesima richiesta di informazioni mi hanno risposto che il dispositivo non era riparabile e mi sono stati trattenuti 30 euro per questa inutlile, lunga ed infruttuosa verifica. Nei prossimi giorni portero' il proiettore presso un qualunque laboratorio di elettronica (questo sarebbe il centro autorizzato) e se sara' riparato chiedero' il rimborso di quanto speso. Non possiamo chiamare questo comportamento una truffa ma nemmeno serio e professionale. I brought a Samsung projector for repair. In the next few days I will take the projector to any electronics laboratory (this would be the authorized center) and if it is repaired I will ask for a refund of the amount spent. We cannot call this behavior a scam but neither is it serious and professional.
