Oggi 14/01/2019 sono tornata al centro, passando di lì appunto da Equivalenza, ho dato uno sguardo, ed ho seguito il mio istinto, infatti ho notato che c'era un'altra persona, molto garbata, precisa, infatti scriveva il numero sulla striscia di carta dove spruzzava il profumo, giusto per ricordarci a quale nome corrispondesse, con tanta pazienza è riuscita a farmi acquistare il profumo con una bella nota di testa. Fatto ciò le ho detto, che avevo avuto precedentemente, una brutta esperienza e lei mi ha risposto che quella persona è la proprietaria straniera e che io non sono l'unica persona a lamentersi. Le cinque stelline sono per la commessa e non per la proprietaria. Io consiglio a coloro che devono relazionare con il pubblico di fare un corso di accoglienza per non incorrere a sgradevoli episodi.? ? After that I told her, that I had previously had a bad experience and she replied that that person is the foreign owner and that I am not the only person to complain. The five stars are for the shop assistant and not for the owner. I advise those who have to relate to the public to take a welcome course in order not to incur unpleasant episodes. ?

Io principalmente faccio la mia scorta personale ed ogni qualvolta ritorno alla mia terra di origine, visto che ora non è possibile portare più di 100ml di liquidi , io vado a equivalenza e porto regali per tutti!!!! Le fragranze sono apprezzate, ed ogni volta faccio bella figura!!! I miei parenti rimangono decisamente soddisfatti.
