Il minimo che ti resta da fare è chiedere un estratto ruolo. Ho fatto la richiesta persino con posta certificata per capire almeno chi è l'ente creditore e a cosa si riferisce il mancato pagamento. Niente, passano i mesi ma nessuna risposta!!! In veste di debitore cosa devo fare? Pagare alla cieca? Signori Responsabili di Equitalia per Voi questo significa recupero crediti? Non Vi sorge nemmeno lontanamente il dubbio che il debito è già stato sanato ed è solo una mancanza di comunicazione tra l'ente creditore e Voi? Su quale pianeta vivete? Non funziona il servizio online “prenota ticket”, puoi fare un’unica operazione altrimenti devi tornare a fare la fila. Anche per tre giorni consecutivi, non ti puoi prenotare fisicamente e tornare il giorno dopo. Questa è la situazione specificatamente a Napoli. Poi volendo recensire l’esperienza con l’agenzia delle entrate in genere, entrando sull’area riservata del sito non risolvi i tuoi quesiti, ho perso mio padre da poco e non so lui quali e quanti procedimenti aveva avviato e a distanza di mesi resta un punto interrogativo. Allora scrivi un’email, ma NON rispondono! Allora provi a chiamare, ma prima becchi un’operatrice cafona e scortese ( operatrice n. 53250) che ti CHIUDE IL TELEFONO IN FACCIA alla tua richiesta di migliorare il servizio e successivamente parli con un’altra più gentile fortunatamente che ti spiega che loro non hanno accesso alle pratiche e che l’unico modo è recarsi in sede. Ma dove a Napoli? Migliorate i vostri servizi, per carità di Dio. Ci sono tanti disoccupati e tanti uffici mal funzionanti. Basta! Ho sentito di avvocati e commercialisti stremati da questo, io sono un privato e ci vado saltuariamente ma chi è costretto per motivi di lavoro a frequentare questo ufficio più assiduamente? Su!
