★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare sono più di 3 settimane che aspetto un pacco già pagato. Ho chiamato circa 20 volte e nessuno sapeva niente,poi la settimana scorsa mi hanno detto che avevano spedito....e che sarebbe arrivato questa settimana invece ad oggi ancora niente .
Ho richiamato e mi hanno detto che ancora non è pronto.
Ho disdetto l'ordine e spero di non aspettare un altro mese per riavere i soldi.
 Absolutely to be avoided I have been waiting for a package already paid for more than 3 weeks. I called about 20 times and nobody knew anything, then last week they told me that they had sent .... and that it would arrive this week but still nothing.
I called back and they told me it's not ready yet.
I canceled the order and I hope not to wait another month to get the money back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, il sito dice che la spedizione degli articoli in vendita online è di due o tre giorni lavorativi ma.........io il mio l'ho fatto il 25/5 e ad oggi 4/6 non ho ancora ricevuto niente , vedete voi. La risposta al centralino è sempre quella: è in lavorazione e non si spinge oltre.

Hello, the site says that the shipping of the items for sale online is two or three working days but ......... I did mine on 25/5 and today I have not yet 4/6 received nothing, see you. The answer to the switchboard is always the one: it is in progress and does not go further.

Ricontattati assicurano che entro la giornata la merce spedita ma nulla .il giorno successivo ricontattati abbozzato una scusa che la merce deve ancora arrivare loro .rimborso ricevuto ,giusto il tempo tecnico per emetterlo.scuse arrivate. sarebbe bastata una maggiore trasparenza sulla reale disponibilità per evitare malumori e tensioni.
Checked on the website for availability, contacted by phone to confirm availability, paid and the goods are not shipped. Recontacted ensure that within the day the goods shipped but nothing. The next day contacted again sketched an excuse that the goods have yet to arrive. Refund received, just the technical time to issue it. Apologies arrived. greater transparency on real availability would have been enough to avoid discontent and tensions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto e pagato l’ordine . A distanza di più di una settimana non sono riuscita a parlare con il call center e su whatsapp non hanno risposto e l’ordine non risulta ancora spedito . Il prodotto serviva per la cura del mio cavallo e mi sono fidata del fatto che avrebbero spedito in un paio di giorni come scritto sul loro sito ma così non è stato e ancora non ho nessuna notizia circa il mio ordine. Leggendo le altre recensioni mi rendo conto che non è un venditore affidabile, non penso che ordinerò più niente da loro.
I have placed and paid for the order. After more than a week, I was unable to speak to the call center and they did not respond on whatsapp and the order has not yet been sent. The product was for the care of my horse and I trusted that they would ship in a couple of days as written on their site but it has not been and I still have no news about my order. Reading the other reviews I realize they are not a reliable seller, I don't think I will be ordering anything from them anymore.
