★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo finalmente ora, dopo 6 mesi dal mio matrimonio modo e tempo di recensire questa agenzia ! Le mie 5 stelle vanno a Marco , che ci ha seguiti dal primo momento in cui lo abbiamo conosciuto alla fiera degli sposi di Napoli, fino alla fine del nostro viaggio.
Non è facile, affidarsi ad un'agenzia che conosci durante una fiera, dove tutti hanno l'unico interesse di vedere, Marco è stato diverso ! Da subito ci ha consigliato, parlato e mostrato gli itinerari migliori per i nostri gusti, richieste e budget. Dopo il primo incontro in fiera , siamo andati in agenzia da lui , ha stilato una serie di proposte dettagliate per le nostre esigenze, credetemi un santo !
Decidiamo per una meta che sarà, proprio ad una settimana dalla partenza distrutta e travagliata da un forte terremoto, l'indonesia. Il problema era che, nonostante la situazione e la farnesina che dava rossa la meta, i voli per Bali non erano sospesi, quindi non avremmo potuto avere il rimborso.Parliamo del 13 Agosto, Marco, in piena settimana di ferragosto ci ha organizzato un viaggio alternativo per lo stesso costo, senza un euro in più, solo 2giorni in meno , data la diversità di costi del luogo e siamo arrivati in paradiso...le Seychelles !
Non ve la consiglio, ve la impongo, perché quando si lavora così bene non si può fare scappare la possibilità di ricevere buoni servizi !
I finally find now, after 6 months from my marriage, the way and time to review this agency! My 5 stars go to Marco, who followed us from the first moment we met him at the wedding fair in Naples, until the end of our trip.
It is not easy to rely on an agency you know during a fair, where everyone has the only interest to see, Marco was different! He immediately advised us, spoke to us and showed us the best itineraries for our tastes, requests and budgets. After the first meeting at the fair, we went to his agency, he drew up a series of detailed proposals for our needs, believe me a saint!
We decide for a destination that will be, just one week after the departure, destroyed and troubled by a strong earthquake, Indonesia. The problem was that, despite the situation and the farnesina that made the destination red, the flights to Bali were not suspended, so we could not have a refund. Let's talk about August 13, Marco, in the middle of August week, organized a trip for us alternative for the same cost, without an extra euro, only 2 days less, given the different costs of the place and we have arrived in paradise ... the Seychelles!
I don't recommend it, I impose it, because when you work so well you can't miss the possibility of receiving good services!
