Ho saputo che ha agito in modo scortese nei confronti di un signore che chiedeva semplicemente il rimborso di € 1,50 di resto in quanto avendo fatto benzina col servizio automatico, non entrava tutta nel bidone e per evitare di perdere tempo ad inserire codici per avere uno 'sputo' di benzina di € 1,49 (con i prezzi attuali) e ne ha chiesto il rimborso. Il giovane addetto alle pompe, con scortesia ha restituito il resto in centesimi al cliente.
