★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’intento di “EOS Studio d’arte ceramica” è quello di restituire colore e aggiungere parola alla produzione artistica calabrese per farne un veicolo di trasmissione dei saperi tradizionali … ceramica e conoscenze antiche ….. un percorso sicuramente irto di ostacoli ma nel quale crediamo fortemente perché guidati dal grande amore per questa terra dove ancora tangibilmente s’incontrano passato e futuro.
Lavoriamo allora per ridare vita ai mille personaggi di una memoria antica e ancora pulsante, fatta di uomini e tradizioni, di una terra che con i suoi 800 km di costa ha visto giungere la civiltà ed è porta aperta verso il futuro.
Le nostre ceramiche interpretano le atmosfere pregnanti di questo lembo d’Italia dove le tante feste religiose affondano le loro radici in un passato traboccante di quella storia che è frutto dell’incrocio di mille culture dalle quali riemergono anche Mata e Grifone, giganti maestosi e danzanti, che con il loro incedere ridanno vita ai vicoli dei tanti borghi di Calabria. Le nostre sono storie di terra, di acqua, di uomini e di culture raccontate attraverso la memoria del passato e con lo sguardo proiettato verso il futuro.
The intent of "EOS Studio of ceramic art" is to restore color and add word to Calabrian artistic production to make it a vehicle for the transmission of traditional knowledge ... ceramics and ancient knowledge ... .. a path certainly fraught with obstacles but in which we strongly believe because guided by the great love for this land where past and future still tangibly meet.
So let's work to give life to the thousand characters of an ancient and still pulsating memory, made up of men and traditions, of a land that with its 800 km of coastline has seen civilization arrive and is an open door to the future.
Our ceramics interpret the pregnant atmospheres of this strip of Italy where the many religious festivals have their roots in a past overflowing with that history that is the result of the intersection of a thousand cultures from which Mata and Grifone, majestic and dancing giants, also re-emerge. , which with their gait give life to the alleys of the many villages of Calabria. Ours are stories of land, water, men and cultures told through the memory of the past and with an eye to the future.
