★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residence located 15m from major village, in vey calm area with peaceful landscape, swimming pool with wonderful view on vulcano island and lipari village.
Nino, mariangela and other staff members allow you to enjoy your stay. Buffet Breakfast served in the restsurant area. Lunch and dinner with local food can be booked also with short notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing view, really friendly staff and very big apartments for a good price. Not to mention the swimming pool from which you can see Stromboli erupting. A bit far from the beach, but they offer a free shuttle and there's also a bus station 2 minutes away. The restaurant has typical food which was delicious. Be aware, it comes in big portions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a beautiful venue with awe-some views, really! But the best thing is the service. Nino, the owner bent backwards to make us feel like family, he gave us food when the restaurant was closed, he showed us some beautiful walks, he was happy to take us places etc. this isn't priced but is billed at the end but we really didn't mind since the residence is far from the town we really appreciated the transfers and the wonderfully kind service. We also met Melania who made me what I loved for breakfast and is the sweetest loveliest young woman. See some of the views from the flat!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most magical experience ever! Mr Nino, Antonio and Maryangela were so welcoming, made us feel at home and were happy to answer all the questions we had. Despite the language barrier, Mr Nino offered to take us to the ‘the most beautiful sunset in the world’ on the first night and drove us to a magnificent scenic point. The location is tranquil and with breathtaking views, the pool is beautiful and clean and the hillside location is serene. Mr Nino kindly drove us to and from town on multiple occasions, stopping along the way so we could photograph the sunset. Antonio makes the best cappuccinos and offered fantastic recommendations on restaurants to visit, day trips etc - he is very knowledgeable about the islands. The facilities in the apartment were excellent, we stocked up at the supermarket and were able to cook some nights. I am sure this residence is the best value for money on the island so would highly recommend. A truly unforgettable experience on this special island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff, excellent facilities with good breakfast. Free shuttle to Lipari Town is great. We booked this last minute for one night because our ferry was cancelled and we were stuck on Lipari. The welcome we received was very warm and made us feel at home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay in Lipari, Nino makes you feel very welcome and help to arrange everything you need during your holiday (excursions, rent scooter, boat trips, accommodation in Stromboli). Room with view very spacious and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was great, the rooms are spacious, clean and high ended. Room was eqiped with everything that we needed and even more (jacuzzi :D) The views from any part of the room/hotel were breathtaking. On top of that the staff and Host were very helpfull (they provide Transportation and Nino helped us rent a motorbike) every moment that we spent here we felt like home because of the warmth from the host.
This is the only place to stay in lipari

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend the Eeolian Residence! The property was very well cared for and had a beautiful swimming pool and gorgeous views. There is an onsite restaurant with a nice breakfast and delicious dinner. The best part of the stay is the wonderful host. Nino took care of us the entire time. He suggested hidden treasures on the island, he picked us up and dropped us off promptly and always with such a welcoming and friendly personality. So many small details that made our stay so nice - offering coffee, stopping at scenic points to take photos, fresh cut flowers and the list goes on. He even brought us to the port at 6:00am, when we had to leave early due to a storm coming. Such a friendly and happy host. We truly recommend the experience!
