Lunghe attese con i capelli bagnati, senza nemmeno un asciugamano in testa, ho dovuto chiederlo io. Sorvolo...chiedo quando fosse possibile (tagliare) i capelli a mio figlio di 1 anno e se necessitava di appuntamento, non serve appuntamento, venga quando vuole. Ci vado col bambino e mi fa, la persona che sempre scelgo per i trattamenti, facendola sentire apprezzata, torna un altro giorno, praticamente nel tempo impiegato a fare tutti questi discorsi avrebbe tagliato i capelli a mio figlio, considerato che a quell'età ne hanno pochi. Ovviamente hanno perso una cliente e possibili nuove.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the team of Enzo Coppola. I was in Alcamo and didnt speak much Italian, but Andrea and me talked in English and he translated my wishes to his team. I was there for highlights and it was the best result I ever had. Very natural, very fine highlights, my hair looked amazing. Unfortunately, I am from Berlin and can't come here often. But whenever I am back in Sicily, I will visit here again :-)
